Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Openactives, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment’s status.
If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.
General Return and Exchange Rules
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt date). After this timeframe, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Items sold as part of a set or bundle must be returned as a complete package.
- This policy does not apply to items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
- For online purchases, return shipping costs are not covered by Openactives.
Your rights under applicable consumer laws remain unaffected and are in addition to this policy.
All returns must be sent back to Openactives in their original condition. Additional fees may apply for normal wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If a return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Openactives will cover the return shipping fees and any applicable restocking charges.
For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The evaluation of the product’s condition and enforcement of this policy are solely at Openactives’s discretion.

Please Note:
- Requests that do not meet the outlined conditions will not be accepted.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Openactives is not responsible for lost shipments.
For approved returns or exchanges, Openactives will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions and ensure that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed whether your request has been approved or denied based on its condition and Openactives’s policies.
If approved:
- Exchanges will be processed immediately.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after several days:
- Please allow additional processing time.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for an update.
